On September 13, NewCoSF and SocialChorus partnered to discuss the engaged employee, and the engaged employer. We invited Dylan Dibona, Founder of The Future of Work, Tony Levitan, SVP of People at Proteus Digital Health, Jim Barnett, Co-Founder and CEO of Glint and Greg Shove, Founder and CEO of SocialChorus, to be part of panel to share their experience with us.

According to Gullup’s State of the Global Workplace survey only thirteen percent of global employees are actively engaged at work. Costing the U.S. $450 billion to $550 billion per year.

Gallup’s survey also found that organizations with 9.3 engaged employee for every actively disengaged employee experienced 147% higher earnings per share (EPS) compared with their competition.

Not engaging your employees is a huge missed opportunity for companies, and is a factor in whether your business will succeed.

Listen to the recording below to hear the panel discuss the challenges of creating a culture that will naturally keep employees engaged and how to hire the right people.
